Life changing Operation

Well after a couple of months of worry including CT Scans and Pet Scans, I finally on 5th October I had a 9hr operation to cut out a large section of my Oesophagus and Stomach to remove the tumour. After 3 days in ITU and 6 days on the ward, I finally got to come home where Veronica has been an angel, making sure I take all my medications.

It has been slow, but I am gradually getting into a fairly good routine. Yesterday Laurence picked me up to take me to Minsmere, where we met up with Eddie, the weather was sunny and a tad breezy, we managed to find the Snow Buntings, but they were hard to snap in the strong breeze, Eddie took me home

Thanks Guys you are real mates.
