Iceland & Norway Cruise - Lerwick

We only had a half day in Lerwick on the way from Iceland to Norway, so took my 400mm lens and head along the coast.

And just were I found them last year about 10 Twite

 

It was high tide so the seal's were not basking on the rock's but got a couple sticking their heads up in the harbour

Not only was the cruise great for bird's it was also great for Whales

In Iceland went on a Whale Watching boat, it looked as if we were going to be unlucky, it was wet and cold, then 3 Humpbacked Whales turned up so close to the boat
