Flightly Snow Buntings at Pakefield

Popped up to Pakefield to see the SNOW BUNTING'S, I parked car in Car Park overlooking the beach and stepped out of car and there they were all 50 plus of them right in front of me on the beach, so grabbed my camera for some photo's. Had a great time until the dog walkers turn up, the dogs were running all over the beach not giving the Snow Bunting's time to settle for long.

Then on to Oulton Marsh for GLOSSY IBIS but it was always distant

Went for a walk down by River Deben at Melton took my Canon SX50HS Bridge Camera, the light was good so got some half decent pics.

Short Eared Owl at Dusk

The sun was just setting when I spotted one of the SHORT EARED OWL's perched with setting sun behind him.

Another visit to GREY PHALAROPE at Walberswick

I woke up on Saturday to a sunny morning so Eddie and I decided to give the  GREY PHALAROPE at Walberswick another look, the bird was in the flooded fields towards the Bailey bridge, the path towards that was a bit difficult as the wall had been breached several times, but when we got there it was showing well.

Dartford Warbler somewhere in Suffolk

Took these photo's of a DARTFORD WARBLER today in Suffolk, I am not revealing location, because these are vulnerable birds and we do not want them pestered, I hope you all understand.

Cracking Grey Phalarope at Warblerswick

Popped down to Walberswick to see if the GREY PHALAROPE was still there, my luck was in it was still there and showing very well.

This one is when he relocated to flooded fields next to River

With a Redshank showing how small he is

What a Cracking little fella!!
